A award-winning end to the year

2013 has ended on a high for W&N with two wins at last night’s Specsavers National Book Awards.

Gillian Flynn was awarded International Author of the Year for the thriller of the year, Gone Girl. Speaking after the awards, her editor Kirsty Dunseath said ‘I couldn’t be more pleased for Gillian – she so deserves this award. The success of Gone Girl has been phenomenal and it just goes on and on!’.
